Our annual Stationary Bike Race was a great success in raising money for to support local children with disabilities. Thank you to everyone who came out for the event or supported the fundraiser in some way.
Despite everything happening, we are still viable and providing grants for kids during the COVID-19 pandemic. 🙏 Grants will continue to be given on a quarterly basis for the remainder of the year. We will receive and reply to all grants by the end of September and December.

Due to the nature of the current COVID-19 global pandemic and financial crisis, the Dake Foundation for Children decided it is in the best interest of the children and families, to whom we dedicate our mission, for the Foundation to focus our resources on granting mobility-based requests at this time. Please continue to apply for mobility needs at this time and contact us with any questions regarding your request. Examples of these include adaptive bicycles, adaptive strollers, etc.
Grants will be given on a quarterly basis for the remainder of 2020. We will receive and reply to all grants by the end of June, September and December. The communication may from any member of the board at this time, rather than solely our Executive Director. Each quarter will have a giving focus, so please stay tuned to the website for updates on current grants being considered.
